What is the ChicFabGlam return policy?

We offer hassle-free returns. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return within 14 days of the order date. Please email chicfabglam@gmail.com. NOTE:  shipping charges and return mail are not refundable. You will receive an email once the return is received and then again once the refund has been processed. The refund will take approximately 7-10 business days to be processed. The payment method used to place the order will be credited.

Standard shipping rates are $8.88 for purchases $0 - $47.99.  Free shipping for purchases over $48.  Please email chicfabglam@gmail.com for expedited shipping rates.

We ship USPS to the 50 United States including Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico and US Virgin Islands. International shipping is not offered at this time.
